Seniors

Senior

This is such an important time of a High School Senior. Battling the changes of leaving behind the youthful and carefree life to growing into the adult they thought they'd never become. Its important to capture all the things that are important in the life of a senior at this moment. Sports, music, style, and clubs are just a few examples of the things seniors want to include in their photographs. Remember, this is their special moment. Lets celebrate their life and all the things that make them who they are now.

Your senior photos should be a collection of memories of  this phase of your life. One of the things I like to capture is the youthful side that will soon fade with your jump into adulthood. Also, a collection of photos that reflect the active lifestyle you have is important. Hobbies, musical instruments, art supplies, cheer leading or athletic uniforms, sports gear, skateboards, etc. Pets, cars, favorite places or friends are another great way to capture memories in your senior photos. These ideas will make great photographs for you to share with all your family and friends.
Hair and clothing are another part of what will help to make your photographs look great. Remember,to not try a wear a new hairstyle for this session. You want to look your best, so have your hair done beforehand. Makeup should look natural and fresh. You may want to bring it with you for touch ups. Clothing should be timeless pieces that you wont regret later. Solid colors and jackets always photograph well.

These are some ideas to help you with your session. These are not required guidelines, just suggestions to help you when organizing for your session. Just remember to have fun and be yourself and your photographs will turn out fabulously.

About Me

My photo
Louisville, Kentucky, United States
Married and mother of four beautiful children. My life is as busy as a circus. I am always on the go with my family but my photography is as much part of me as my family. Its may passion and joy. I love to put smiles on everyones faces and my photography is an outlet as well as a fix for my own happiness. I love my children and they were the ones who pulled the photographer out of me. As most young mothers we are constantly snapping a camera to capture those many first moments. But friends and family saw something in my photos that made them believe in my ability to create such works of beauty that led me here today. To God I give many thanks for my talents and my blessings. He is the one who enables me to do what I do and he will always be first in my life. I just pray that my camera will always capture joy not sadness and my works will always be appreciated and admired by those who reflect in my lens.
